Recover, reset, and move better with our new Foam Rolling Class led by Vince every Monday at 10:00am in the Gym. Foam rolling helps relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery — making it a great addition to any fitness routine. No registration is required and there is no additional cost. Just show up and roll it out!
